With over 20 years in strength and conditioning, Marc has collaborated with elite teams including the U.S. Disabled Ski Team and the Olympic Training Center. He specializes in helping professionals and athletes regain their physical and mental edge.

Marc's leadership is rooted in his favorite mantra: "Inspire greatness in others." It's the standard he sets for every coach on the Performance EDU floor.

Josh is a strength and conditioning coach and competitive powerlifter specializing in strength development, corrective exercise, and performance enhancement. He believes everyone is an athlete in their own right and is committed to helping clients move with confidence, purpose, and resilience.
